Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Koquetas Collection. We aim to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is authorized and verified.
- All orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the following delivery timeframes:
- For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
- For USA orders, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
Shipping Delays
- Please note that we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during transit due to the postal service. Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service, and delays or losses may occur that are beyond our control.
