3. Order Cancellation

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This allows us to efficiently process and pack your order. Please ensure that you check your order carefully before confirming it.

4. Shipping

  • Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after payment is authorized and verified.
  • For Puerto Rico orders, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
  • For USA orders, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during transit due to postal services.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you check your order carefully before confirming it.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and assist you with a resolution.

7. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in dollar and are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies.
